Contractor Specifications

Architectural Paint Systems

Calibrated resin grades engineered for plaster, concrete, and exterior masonry. Every batch delivers verified square-foot coverage and reliable adhesion under regional humidity shifts.

Formulation Grades

Standard Trade Coatings

Interior System

Interior Acrylic Emulsions

Formulated from dead matte to high-traffic satin sheens. Provides 130 square feet per litre across two coats, resisting household scuffs and repeated scrub cycles without burnishing.

Exterior System

Weather-Resistant Elastomeric

Pure acrylic resin reinforced against monsoon downpours, thermal movement, and persistent UV fading. Micro-porous film lets trapped masonry moisture escape while repelling driving rain.

Substrate Prep

Alkali-Resistant Primers

Deep-penetrating sealers formulated for fresh cement plaster and cured brickwork. Neutralizes surface efflorescence, seals porosity, and anchors topcoats against premature chalking.

Efflorescence Removal

Penetrating Undercoat

Dual Topcoat Recoat

Verify substrate moisture levels fall under 12 percent before application. Masonry requires a minimum twenty-eight day initial cure to prevent chemical blistering.

Scrape loose aggregate and wire-brush alkali salts from cured plaster. Wash with clean water and allow complete air dry prior to sealing.

Apply one unthinned coat of alkali-resistant primer with an 18-inch woven roller. Allow six full hours for the polymer core to crosslink.

Lay down two consecutive finish coats with four-hour intermediate cure windows. Maintain wet edges across broad wall spans to prevent roller tracking.
